The employment of new technological installations is aimed both at improving environmental quality, and also at storing and making the energy produced by sustainable sources usable. The main technological innovation concerns the walks, treated with Pavegen, this material is able to store kinetic energy, which is released by continuous stepping, and give it back as electric energy. The structure is made of glued laminated timber and steel with amorphous photovoltaic panels. Last of all the system of herbal purification has been solved with the construction of big glass and plexiglass tanks. These tanks collect water from Sarno river. This requalification would bring above all great environmental and social benefits, creating a sort of “green lung” and giving rise to possible future trade, thank also to the large accumulation of energy produced.
