The basin of the river Volturno, for its barycentric position with respect to RO-SA axis and for its geomorphological conditions of differently degraded area results perfect to hold a Remora system that is a multilevel structure composed of modular elements distributed in 4 networks ( main, energy, ecology, research). The main network is the cornerstone of the Remora system, that is what physically connects the remora to the existing networks, organizing the spaces to other networks. It can easily be installed on an existing communication artery if only not very urbanized. From the point of view of waste management is easily understandable how the interconnection of the networks creates an effective circle of recyclable materials. Every single network is characterized by one or more technologies of energy and/or waste management.
